A former Premier League footballer known for his off-pitch controversies was reportedly dumped by a Page 3 model following claims he spent a night with a dominatrix.
Ex-Liverpool and Arsenal winger Jermaine Pennant, now 43, allegedly invited a dominatrix back to his hotel room during a lively stag party in Ibiza. This occurred while he was in a relationship with Jess Impiazzi, with whom he was said to be planning a future family.
The incident left Impiazzi, a former glamour model, deeply distressed and led to the end of their romance. A source close to her stated at the time: "Jess is heartbroken. She’s been dealing with health issues and was undergoing IVF, so hearing this news was devastating."
According to reports, the dominatrix performed at a club for the group, and several attendees claimed Pennant later took her to his hotel. Pennant denied any infidelity, insisting nothing happened between them.
The couple had been living together in Surrey, and Pennant had even given up alcohol in an effort to show his commitment. However, the relationship collapsed after the allegations surfaced in late 2023.
The insider added: "Her trust was broken once more, and this time she knew it was over. People are saying Jermaine has thrown away something special—again."
Pennant later explained his side: "It was a stag do with people I didn’t know well. Everything arranged was for the stag, not me. I did not cheat on Jess. I believed she accepted my account because we stayed together after Ibiza."
The breakup came just before the holidays, with Pennant acknowledging, "Spending Christmas alone without Jess will be hard, but I have to move on."
This was not the first public relationship turmoil for Pennant. His marriage to Babestation model Alice Goodwin ended in March 2019, only months after he caused controversy by flirting with glamour model Chloe Ayling on Celebrity Big Brother while married.
Pennant admitted their relationship turned "hostile" after Goodwin was humiliated by his failure to disclose his marital status on the show. The two had married in 2014 after Pennant left a previous partner, Lara Murphy, with whom he shares a son.
Throughout his career, Pennant faced repeated legal and personal troubles off the field. Since his split from Impiazzi, he has been linked to Charlotte Kirk and has reportedly reconnected with Lara Murphy.
