Once labeled the 'world's hottest football WAG,' Jessica Goicoechea famously established an unconventional 'sex contract' with her former partner, a Champions League-winning defender.
The 29-year-old model was in a relationship with ex-Barcelona player Marc Bartra from 2022 to 2024, a pairing that captured significant attention in the football world. Bartra, a Spanish international and five-time La Liga champion, now plays for Real Betis and recently celebrated his 35th birthday.
Bartra found a match in the bold and adventurous Jessica, as the couple openly discussed their intimate life. The influencer once disclosed on television that they maintained their connection through a provocative mutual agreement.
Jessica, who has featured in Playboy and launched a Playboy-inspired line for her GOI swimwear brand, spoke candidly about her private life on the Spanish talk show La Resistencia. Bartra, present in the audience, remarked that they aimed to be intimate "every day we see each other." Jessica playfully added, "If we miss a day, we have to make it up twice the next day."
According to Bild, Jessica hinted that Bartra remained on her mind during a solo trip to Bali. "I spent half the month in Bali, away from my partner," she explained. "We were a group of six with little privacy. When I could, I closed the curtains and door, but with so many people around, options were limited."
Their separation was reported by AS in July 2024, though sources suggested they remained on good terms. "From what I'm told, there's no negativity or bad blood between them," journalist Abel Planelles stated at the time.
After the breakup, Jessica briefly dated Spanish rugby athlete Manu Moreno. She also re-followed Bartra on Instagram—after the pair had initially unfollowed each other—and liked one of his recent posts, sparking reconciliation rumors.
Content creator Javi Hoyos reached out to Jessica, who shared, "I feel I never should have unfollowed Marc because we still have a very good relationship." Despite this gesture, a reunion appears unlikely, as Bartra did not follow her back. Jessica has since seemingly unfollowed him again, withdrawing her earlier overture.
The pair first connected online after Bartra's marriage to journalist Melissa Jiménez ended; he is a father to three young children. Jessica rose to prominence after signing as a model at age 15 and now boasts 1.8 million Instagram followers, alongside her own fashion and cosmetics ventures.
Bartra, a product of Barcelona's La Masia academy, moved to Borussia Dortmund in 2016. While his career may not have reached the pinnacle of some Barça alumni, his enduring presence in top-flight football remains notable.
