The seven-time Olympic champion showed the full effect the procedure had on her body as she tried a series of outfits in a vid on TikTok.
The Team USA star included a series of before-and-after clips that showed her wearing the same clothes pre-and-post op.
Biles included bikinis as well as a series of tops in a video that she captioned as, "Transformation".
The famous gymnast's 5.5million followers were left in awe as they stormed the comments' section.
One posted: "Absolutely stunning."
Another commented: "You look so good girl."
A third wrote: "You look awesome as always, great to see you happy.
This fan said: "Yes girl."
That one added: "YES!"
And a comment read: "Omggggg You're so pretty."
Biles revealed last month that the boob job was one of THREE plastic surgery procedures she'd recently undergone.
Speaking on her decision to reveal her cosmetic enhancements online, she told PEOPLE, "It's just who I am.
"And I feel like I've always tried to be open, honest and relatable."
She added, "Seeing me win medals at the Olympics, that's not relatable.
"But what is relatable is how we feel about ourselves, what we talk about, what we go through and how we share openly, honestly."
"And so that's why I decided to share it."
Biles also shared details of the surgery in a TikTok Q&A last month saying how painful it actually was.
She said: "This s*** hurt so bad.
"Your girl could not move by herself. So I did take the full two weeks, and I'm glad I did because my recovery was rough."
She added: "Obviously, with every plastic surgery, there is going to be a risk, and I did it."
